I’m worried about someone sleeping rough
If you see someone sleeping rough in London, you can alert outreach teams so they can offer support.
You can make a referral through StreetLink, which connects people sleeping rough with local outreach services.

If you are a professional supporting someone who may be homeless in Camden, please email CamdenOutreach@shp.org.uk.
We work with people sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping in Camden, offering assessment and connections to housing and support services. Those sleeping rough outside of Camden should contact their local borough for support.
Can I only get support if I am Camden-based?
Unfortunately so.
We can only support people with a local connection to Camden. Please approach your local council for support if you are homeless, rough sleeping or are threatened with homelessness. See our get help here for more information.
Do you provide housing?
While we cannot provide immediate accommodation, we’ll help guide next steps.
I’m not rough sleeping yet, but am worried I will be soon?
If you are at risk of rough sleeping, please go to Camden council for support.
However, if you want to speak to a friendly face and get some advice and support, please do feel free to pop into our Hub or call us as above.
When and where can I access support?
Our outreach team is out on the streets of Camden every day of the week.
